Alsace tarte flambées
An Alsace specialty is the tarte flambée, which is also prepared and enjoyed in the neighboring regions of Germany
In the meantime the tarte flambée is spread all over the country and is offered in many restaurants and hotels. We have now been supplying restaurateurs, among other people, with dough bases for years. This is very well received as this elimates the complex baking process for our customers and saves times, which last but not least benefits the guests. A consistently high quality of tarte flambée dough base is also ensured in this way. For this purpose, we use dough made from wheat flour and organically grown wheat flour, but also more and more dough made of spelt flour.
